8 Limbs Youth Yoga provides young yogis an opportunity to explore the path of yoga, and learn about their mind, body, and community. The theme of every class is based on one of yoga's 8 limbs, such as yoga postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), concentration (dharana), and meditation (dhyana), and other aspects of this ancient art. Of course, there are also yoga games!
Classes meet Fridays from 3:45-4:30.
Classes are open to active dojo members and non-members, and are taught by AOSB's head instructor Josh Paul, who is also a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher.
